If you’ve selected a physical print, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.
📸 Photo Guidelines:
For the best results, please upload 1-10 clear, high-quality photos of your pet(s). Photos with bright lighting and sharp details ensure we can capture your pet’s unique features perfectly!
🎨 Revisions and Approval:
We include 2 rounds of revisions in your purchase. Once your portrait is complete, you’ll have the chance to review it and request adjustments to ensure every detail is just right.
If you’ve selected a printed poster, you’ll receive a final confirmation of the artwork before it’s sent to print, guaranteeing you’re 100% satisfied.
